The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Monday, 15 August 2022, deliver a Trial Judgment in the case of Dušan Ćulibrk – S1 1 K 038748 21 Kri. Judgment pronouncement is scheduled for 9 a.m. in Courtroom 4.

The Indictment charges the accused Dušan Ćulibrk with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1) as read with Article 22 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia.
